An accounting education platform (lessons, quizzes, ERP simulation sandbox) that also provides real bookkeeping and invoicing tools: record transactions, send invoices to your clients, accept Stripe payments, upload branding, and collaborate with a team. No output is professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.
Three tiers: Free (first 20 lessons, 1 company), Pro ($15/mo) (100 lessons, 3 companies), Business ($35/mo) (10 companies). Billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime; access continues through end of paid period.
Monthly transaction limits per company: Free — 30; Pro — 500; Business — 1,200. Practice companies: 200 total (all plans).
The Academy Tutor and ERP Assistant use Google's Gemini API. AI responses may contain errors and are not professional advice — verify important information independently. Messages you send are processed by Google's Gemini API. The bank reconciliation assistant also uses AI to suggest matches — review and confirm every suggested match before accepting it.
Use the Service for lawful purposes (educational or business). Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or circumvent limits. You represent you have the right to any logo/content you upload, and the right to collect and process your clients' contact data used for invoicing. Your use is also governed by the Acceptable Use Policy.
All AccruFlow content, software, and branding are its property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license for personal educational use and legitimate business use of the invoicing/bookkeeping tools. Your business data and the invoices you generate remain yours.
Service provided "as is", including AI responses and generated invoices/reports. AccruFlow total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the preceding 12 months. The accuracy of your books depends on the data you enter; AccruFlow does not verify or guarantee the correctness of user financial records, or errors from incorrect data entry, misclassification, or decisions by you or your team.
Governed by Delaware law; disputes resolved through binding arbitration. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing legal@accruflow.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

Account: Email + display name via Firebase Auth. Progress: Lessons, XP, streaks. Business data: Transactions/reports for your real companies. Invoice client data: Your clients' name/email/billing address. Logos: via Firebase Storage. AI messages: sent to Google Gemini. Team: invitee email/role. Billing: tier/status from Stripe (no card numbers). Technical: error traces via Sentry.
Deliver the Service (bookkeeping, invoicing, teams), generate/send/collect invoices, generate AI responses, process subscriptions, send transactional email (incl. invoices & invites via Resend), enforce fair-use limits, and investigate bugs via Sentry.
The Academy Tutor and ERP Assistant send your message (plus limited context) to Google's Gemini API to generate a response. Don't enter sensitive data you wouldn't want processed by Google. AI responses may be inaccurate.
Invoice recipient details are processed on your behalf so you can bill your clients. You are the controller of that data and responsible for a lawful basis to provide it.
Firebase (Google): Auth, Firestore, Storage. Google Gemini API: AI chat. Stripe: all payments; card details never reach AccruFlow. Resend: transactional email. Sentry: error monitoring.
Data retained while your account is active. To delete your account and all data, email privacy@accruflow.com. Processed within 30 business days.
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Contact privacy@accruflow.com. We do not sell or rent your personal data.
Browser localStorage for preferences/progress; Firebase Auth uses IndexedDB for session tokens. No advertising or tracking cookies.
AccruFlow is not directed to children under 13.

You may not: break the law (fraud, money laundering, falsified records); misuse the AI features to generate harmful/deceptive content or extract the model; bypass rate limits, fair-use limits, or security (incl. multiple free accounts); upload content or client data you have no right to; reverse-engineer, scrape, or access the APIs outside the provided interfaces; resell or sublicense access; or disrupt the platform (malware, denial-of-service).
Use the Academy Tutor and ERP Assistant to learn and assist with bookkeeping. Do not generate harmful content, impersonate others, or pass off AI output as professional advice. Verify important information independently.
Violations may result in warning, suspension, or termination, consistent with the Terms of Service. Unlawful activity may be reported to authorities.
